For a mid-day shift, the Larimer Luncheon offers a chef-driven experience designed to sustain focus without the afternoon slump. For $35 per person, enjoy a curated spread featuring our charred onion crème fraîche dip and your choice of elevated mains—like the Short Rib Sando or Monte Cristo. Wrap up the day with Petite Plates for a sophisticated late lunch. Available Tuesday through Friday, we provide the up-scale board room and high-speed connection; you lead the agenda.

Discover the building's hidden soul for your next mid-week mixer. Host up to 40 guests in our 2,000-square-foot Lounge, where tufted leather and flickering fireplaces set the stage for effortless connection. For Sun, Tues, and Wed events booked between 4–6 pm, we waive the rental fee with a $1250 minimum spend on our boutique bar and kitchen menus. It's the neighborhood's best-kept secret for a reason—sophisticated, secluded, and completely unpretentious.


The Pro Tip: Upgrade your gathering with a $150 Charcuterie Board to keep the conversation (and the snacking) going.

Networking Mixer with Buffet
Designed to support focus and flow, our private dining room converts into the ideal overlook for yoga, breathwork, and wellness workshops. For a $200 rental fee, instructors get exclusive morning access (7 am–11 am) to a space that comfortably fits 30 mats. Because the cafe is open during your session, your community has a built-in third space to mingle before or after class over house-made lattes and a fresh $7 pastry spread.
